Christmas Jumper Day!!

We celebrated our final day of the Autumn term by wearing our Christmas jumpers or outfits! The children looked festive and enjoyed a very festive day!

Merry Christmas to all the children and their families! Stay safe and we will see you all in 2023!!

The Meadows Visit

On Friday, all of the Year 4 children went to see the residents at The Meadows. The children were amazing!! They sang beautifully and were so polite. Thank you for allowing us to teach your amazing children.

Carol Singing

We were so impressed with the children’s singing outside yesterday and with the turnout from parents! We think you’ll agree, the children sang beautifully and we even remembered all of the actions to the 12 Days of Christmas!

This week

W/C 28/11/22

This week, we have had a great week of learning. In Maths, we have consolidated our learning in Place Value and Addition & Subtraction. Our Writing, has been based on the book ‘The Iron Man’. We have used lots of features in our writing to make it interesting to the reader; we have then used these in our independent writing. We have created poems in our theme to help us remember information about the Anglo Saxons and the Vikings. In our computing session, we looked at the Internet and how it is all connected. Our PE sessions have consisted of Circuit Training and Handball.

Friday success.

Postcard: Lucas Harris in Y4MB for Careful Choices – he always makes the write choice. He is a credit to himself, his family and our school.
